CASSY KICKLIGHTER POOLE
FOUNDER & OWNER
Cassy Kicklighter Poole, ASID, is an award-winning designer and owner of both SHED & CO and Kaleidoscope Design. In her 20+ years creating elevated versions of her clients’ dreams at Kaleidoscope, she saw a need to expand access to design-forward materials in a simple and curated manner beyond her clients, thus creating SHED & CO.
Cass brings a well-honed and well-traveled eye to SHED & CO. Originally from the east coast, she has lived all over the US and internationally, igniting in her a passion and appreciation for architecture, design and style.
Cass further pursued her passion by studying Fine Art & Art History (University of Colorado Boulder), Art History & French (Université Nice Sophia Antipolis, Nice France), and graduated with high honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Colorado.
She launched SHED & CO. in 2023, where her knowledge of materials as well as quality, pricing and lead times, are curated into a stylistically versatile line of goods that are accessible to the public.
NATALIE
WREN
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Natalie spent the beginning of her career in public accounting & internal audit. She thrived in the fast-paced, client-centered environment with her ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under the most stringent deadlines. Having a deep appreciation for beautiful design, she always felt a bit out of place working in stuffy conference rooms for many years. Her love of project management, process improvement, client communication and gorgeous design landed her in a much better-suited role at SHED & CO.

HARRIS
LEAD DESIGNER
Leesa is a kitchen & bath designer/AutoCAD operator extraordinaire with over 20 years of industry experience. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from University of Nebraska at Kearney, and has since perfected the art of creating spaces that not only function now, but also feed into the longevity of good design that lasts a lifetime.
Working in both remodels & new construction, Leesa sees every project as a unique experience that is special for every client. She has a vision for what a space can become and is known for her custom storage concepts. In her free time, Leesa loves spending time with family & friends & listening to true crime podcasts on runs with her mini Goldendoodle.
